Young patients with unilateral breast cancer arising in fibroadenoma

The incidence of breast cancer with fibroadenoma (FAM) in young patients is a rarely reported case, <1% all cases women suffering from cancer. This case report aims to highlight the importance considering presence FAM and at same time age be treated comprehensively. A 31-year-old woman complaints lump pain. Mother has history lumps. There were no menstrual disturbances use hormonal contraception. results ultrasound revealed solid mass diameter 4 cm central quadrant hypoechoic malignant features it according Breast Imaging Reporting Data System (BIRADS) C-4 enlarged right axillary lymph nodes. Results Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNAB) unspecified, finally, wide excision was performed found that there smooth clear capsule. Histopathological shows invasive carcinoma fibroadenoma. Young lumps are not only suspected being but can considered an image towards carcinoma.
